About the Role:

As an Influencer Marketing & Shoot Manager, you will oversee campaign development, execution, and relationships with influencers. This role requires managing barter and paid collaborations within client budgets, ensuring maximum ROI and impactful brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Influencer Acquisition & Onboarding: Actively hunt and onboard new influencers aligned with campaign goals and target audiences. Continuously expand the company's influencer pool across various niches.
  • Campaign Execution: Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies, managing barter and paid collaborations to stay within client budgets.
  • Shoot Concept & Coordination: Create engaging shoot concepts, present ideas to clients, and oversee shoot logistics. Be present on-site and travel as needed for seamless execution.
  • Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with influencers to ensure ongoing collaborations and campaign success.
  • Portfolio Expansion: Strategically increase the company's influencer database, adding fresh, relevant talent to meet evolving client needs.
  • Budget Oversight: Negotiate collaboration terms, ensuring maximum value from barter and paid deals.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track campaign performance, analyze results, and optimize strategies for future projects.
  • Industry Insights: Stay updated with influencer marketing trends and emerging platforms to drive innovative campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience in influencer marketing, shoot management, and collaboration negotiation (barter & paid).
  • Network: Established connections with influencers across various niches.
  • Creative Thinking: Ability to develop visually engaging shoot concepts and translate brand visions into compelling content.
  • Organisational Skills: Ability to juggle multiple projects, manage budgets, and ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
  • Negotiation & Communication: Strong skills in negotiating with influencers and presenting to clients.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel and be present for shoots and client meetings as needed.
