Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Bits In Glass India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise software sales and excellent communication skills. Key responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive innovation within the Global Capability Center (GCC) through strategic sales initiatives.
- Experience in B2B enterprise application sales, focusing on expanding client partnerships.
- Manage and grow client relationships with midsize centers/companies in India.
- Develop and execute sales strategies that align with the company's business objectives.

Requirements
The successful candidate will have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 12+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, preferably in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and driving revenue growth.
- Strong knowledge of the IT industry and GCC operations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
