About the RoleWe are seeking an exceptional Head of Global Sales to join our team at Clarion's Pune headquarters, reporting directly to the CEO - India. In this high-impact role, you will play a pivotal part in driving our aggressive growth plans by securing new customers in global markets. You will lead, coach, and develop a world-class Inside Sales team and Sales Partner channel.
Job Responsibilities:- Develop and manage a high-performing Inside Sales team to acquire new customers globally.
- Drive lead generation and sales closures.
- Hire, train, and retain top talent.
- Establish and lead the Sales Partner Channel.
- Design and execute sales strategies.
- Maintain efficient utilization of CRM tools for end-to-end sales tracking and reporting.
- Pioneer innovative channels for generating sales leads.
- A minimum of 15 years of experience, with at least 3 years in a Sales Head or Senior Sales Role.
- Excellent Sales Management skills.
- Proven expertise in B2B Sales and Inside Sales.
- International sales experience.
- Exceptional leadership skills, with strong coaching, training, and development abilities.
- Superior communication and presentation skills.
- The ability to learn and adapt quickly.
