We are seeking a seasoned expert in Workday HCM to join our team in India.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing and supporting Workday HCM solutions, ensuring that our HR processes are optimized and aligned with business needs.

Certification is mandatory for this role.

Responsibilities
  • Implement and configure Workday HCM modules according to client requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Workday HCM systems.
  • Conduct user training and create documentation for system processes.
  • Assist in data migration and integration with other systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5-12 years of experience in Workday HCM implementation and support.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
  • Proficiency in Workday HCM modules such as Core HCM, Talent Management, and Payroll.
  • Experience with Workday reporting and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
