Job Title: Workday HCM Implementation Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday HCM Implementation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, configuring, and supporting functional change requests related to Workday HCM business processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and configure complex Conditions rules, Notifications, Alerts, and Security policies as a subject matter expert for various Workday security groups, domains, and business processes.
  • Implement and administer Workday security configurations for global Workday HCM setup, ensuring a strong understanding of Constrained & Unconstrained setup and security groups like Role-based, User-Based, Segmented, Intersection, etc.
  • Manage end-to-end implementation of Workday Core HCM Set up, Workday Security Set up with firsthand knowledge of implementing Workday Releases Features, adopting new functionalities of Workday HCM & Security area by partnering with stakeholders and internal tower leads.
  • Facilitate design workshops with key stakeholders from regional and global teams, gathering and documenting their business requirements, translating them into technical delivery detailing impacts and associated configurations.
  • Build and manage standard and custom reports for auditing and governance standpoint, enhancing the end-user's experience through process improvements and data integrity.
Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience in Workday HCM implementation and configuration.
  • Strong understanding of Constrained & Unconstrained setup and security groups.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
