Workday HRIS Integration Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Workday HRIS integration specialist to join our global team. As a key member of our HRIS team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient implementation and optimization of Workday – our Global Human Resources platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement Workday integrations to ensure seamless data flow between Workday and external systems.
  • Provide guidance on HR interpretations and best practices as a subject matter expert.
  • Configure and test Workday HCM integrations related to payroll to ensure accurate compensation data flow.
  • Design, troubleshoot, and build reports using Workday reporting tools (including Prism) to provide insights into decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
  • Strong background in HRIS, with a focus on Workday integration and reporting administration.
  • Familiarity with payroll systems such as ADP, UKG, and Malam.
  • Proficiency in XSLT transformation and working with XML data.
  • Hands-on experience with third-party applications using Workday Integration tools.
