Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead the integration and optimization of our Human Resources platform.

The successful candidate will collaborate with global HR stakeholders to design, develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations. This includes ensuring seamless data flow between Workday and external systems, providing guidance on HR best practices, and configuring and testing Workday HCM integrations related to payroll.

This role requires a deep understanding of HRIS, Workday integration, and reporting administration, as well as experience in XSLT transformation and XML, third-party application integration, and payroll processes.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum 5 years of experience in HRIS, a solid background in Workday integration and reporting administration, and knowledge of US & Europe Payroll Systems.

In addition, the candidate should have hands-on experience with third-party applications using Workday Integration tools, a strong understanding of HRIS design principles, and advanced HR knowledge and global team experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and deliver Workday integrations
  • Provide guidance on HR best practices
  • Configure and test Workday HCM integrations related to payroll
  • Maintain a reporting inventory and validate data

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HRIS
  • Strong understanding of HRIS, Workday integration, and reporting administration
  • Experience in XSLT transformation and XML, third-party application integration, and payroll processes
  • Advanced HR knowledge and global team experience
