supportiveness and fun About the RoleWe are looking for a hardworking innovative and collaborative HCM Consultant to be part of our team In this role you will ensure the successful implementation of the Workday HCM solution with customers through product and implementation expertise The ideal candidate for this position should have extensive experience implementing or supporting HRIS systems requirements gathering configuration data conversion and testing You should be detail oriented self-motivated proactive results-oriented and able to successfully partner with customers and your project team Be ready to be challenged and have fun Key Areas of Responsibility Master at least 2 modules in the Workday HCM product suite HCM Core Comp Adv Comp Learning Perform the following on a client engagement understand client business requirements configure the Workday solution demonstrate the configurations through the building of prototype configuration assist the client in testing the Workday solution Work with the client to help convert legacy data into Workday Assist the Integration Consulting team in helping to configure and test integrations between Workday and third-party custom solutions Understand Workdays Implementation Methodology and use it on all client engagements Ensure the client takes advantage of Workday s proven solutions Mentor and share product knowledge with other consultants Help deliver successful project outcomes and lasting client relationships About YouBasic qualifications 7 years of functional experience across any combination of the following HCM solutions HCM Core Comp Adv Comp Learning Experience implementing or working with Workday SAP Oracle PeopleSoft ADP Ultimate or similar applications Strong background in writing and executing test scenarios for Unit and End-to-End testing cycles Good understanding of technical design documents integrations and data conversion Other Qualifications Passion for customer service Good verbal presentation and written communication skills with proficiency in partnering with various internal teams and customers Ability to work across different SKUs simultaneously Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training Resourceful and adaptable youll be comfortable working in a new role using a variety of tools with a high degree of autonomy Great teammate Our Approach
