Position : Oracle HCM Senior Functional ConsultantExperience : 10 to 15 YearsJob Summary :We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle HCM Senior Functional Consultant with 10-15 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have deep, hands-on expertise with Oracle Fusion HCM modules and a proven track record of successful implementations. You will be responsible for leading the design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle HCM solutions, with a strong focus on core functionalities and key business processes. This role requires a strategic professional who can effectively translate business requirements into technical solutions and guide clients through complex transformations.Key Responsibilities :Functional Consulting & Implementation :- Lead the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Core HR, Workforce Lifecycle Management, Compensation (ICP), Goal & Performance, and Benefits.- Conduct workshops to gather and analyze business requirements, performing gap analysis and designing comprehensive solutions.- Configure Oracle HCM Cloud applications to meet business needs and align with best practices.Client & Stakeholder Management :- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on Oracle HCM functionalities and process improvements.- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration between HCM modules and other enterprise systems.- Provide post-go-live support and training to ensure user adoption and system stability.Security & Compliance :- Design and implement the security framework for Oracle HCM, ensuring data protection and compliance with business and regulatory requirements.Required Skills & QualificationsCore Experience :- 10 to 15 years of professional experience with a focus on Oracle HCM.- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM modules.Mandatory Technical Skills :- In-depth functional expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR, Workforce Lifecycle Management, Compensation (ICP), Goal & Performance, and Benefits.- Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM security roles and concepts.- Proven experience in a full-cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementation.Preferred Skills :- Certification in Oracle HCM Cloud modules.- Experience with data migration strategies and tools.- Familiarity with reporting tools like OTBI or BI Publisher.
