- Education & Certification:

- Bachelor/Masters in Arts/Science/Engineering from reputed institute
- Preferably MBA in HR
- Certified in Workday HCM and related modules
- Certified in EM/PM (desirable)
- Experience
- Overall 8+ years of experience with 5+ years in Workday
- Should have worked on multiple Workday implementation projects across design-deployment-hypercare-AMS of Workday HCM
- Played HCM solution architect role as an individual contributor and track lead
- Solid understanding of HCM, Workday securities and touchpoints with various modules and integrations
- Preferably should have experience in DA review
