Job Title: Workday HCM Transformation Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday HCM transformation specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Workday HCM implementation, configuration, and customization.

As a transformation specialist, you will work closely with stakeholders to understand their business requirements and develop tailored solutions to meet their needs. Your technical skills will be put to good use as you design and implement Workday HCM configurations that optimize business processes and improve efficiency.

In this role, you will also be responsible for providing training and support to users, ensuring a seamless transition to the new system. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement Workday HCM configurations to meet business requirements
  • Provide training and support to users on Workday HCM functionality
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop solutions
  • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and implement process improvements using Workday HCM

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in Workday HCM implementation, configuration, and customization
  • Excellent technical skills, including knowledge of Workday HCM architecture and data management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex business problems and develop creative solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
