Expertise in Workday HCM is crucial to success in this highly skilled specialist role.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Workday across multiple modules, including compensation, integrations, payroll, and security. They will also possess strong functional knowledge in Workday HCM, as well as expertise in integration tools such as EIBs, Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and APIs.

This specialist will work closely with the IT team to design, build, test, and maintain Workday integrations. They will collaborate with compensation and HR teams to ensure alignment of business rules and compensation structures.

Main responsibilities include advanced compensation configuration, performance management, payroll and payment elections, Workday HCM configuration, organizational structure setup, Workday security configuration, reporting and calculated fields, testing and documentation.

To excel in this role, you should be able to provide strategic support for Workday implementation and maintenance projects, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. You will need to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
