Senior Oracle HCM Implementation Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in implementing Oracle Cloud HCM solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned expert to leverage their expertise and drive successful implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Security Functional Expertise: 3+ years of experience in security functional roles, ensuring the secure configuration and implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM.
- Payroll Process Management: 5+ years of experience managing payroll processes and configurations within Oracle Cloud HCM.
- Compensation Module Lead: 3+ years of experience leading compensational functional teams, driving successful implementations of Oracle Cloud HCM's compensation modules.
- Absence Management Specialist: 3+ years of experience implementing and configuring Oracle Cloud HCM's absence management module.
- ORC Implementation Lead: 3+ years of experience leading ORC functional teams, driving successful implementations of Oracle Cloud HCM's ORC module.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of total experience in Oracle Cloud HCM.
- 3+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM implementations.
- Immediate joiners preferred, up to 45 days max.
- At least 2 end-to-end implementation experiences in Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
