Job Description

An experienced professional in Oracle HCM Cloud Workforce Compensation and Benefits Module is required to drive business process analysis, requirement definition, and solution design.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering Oracle Cloud HCM Workforce Compensation with expertise in configurations, personalizations, Fusion role-based security, HCM Data Loader (HDL), BI Publisher Reports, HCM Extracts, Workflows, and approval configuration.

Knowledge of atom feeds and REST APIs is also essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications

7+ years of experience and certification in Oracle HCM Cloud Workforce Compensation and Benefits Module.

Must have experience of two or more life cycle implementations of Oracle Cloud HCM Workforce Compensation and Benefits Module.

Must be able to write fast formulas for Compensation and stay up to date with Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation updates and enhancements.

Expertise in configurations, personalizations, Fusion role-based security, HCM Data Loader (HDL), BI Publisher Reports, HCM Extracts, Workflows, and approval configuration is necessary.

Knowledge on atom feeds and REST APIs is also essential.
