Role Overview:

Oracle is seeking a Oracle Fusion HCM Solutions Consultant to join our dynamic Oracle University team. This role is perfect for a seasoned professional who thrives on sharing knowledge and making complex topics accessible and engaging. You'll play a critical role in developing and delivering high-quality training content across Oracle HCM, with a focus on Payroll, as part of Oracle University's global digital learning ecosystem.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Deep passion for teaching, mentoring, and knowledge-sharing in fast-paced environments.
  • Hands-on consulting or implementation experience with Oracle HCM Applications, specifically Talent.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle HCM / Talent Modules including:
  • Learning Management
  • Career and Performance
  • Profile Management
  • Time and Absence
  • Compensation
  • Oracle Recruiting Cloud
  • Global HR
  • Broader exposure to Time and Labor, Absence Management, Benefits, and Compensation modules.
  • Familiarity with instructional design principles and modern e-learning technologies is a plus.
