Skillset : Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant - Senior Techno Functional Consultant

Experience : 8 - 15 Years

Job Location : Chennai / Bangalore / Hyderabad / Pune / Mumbai / Kolkata / Bhubaneswar / NCR

Job Description :

  1. Should have 8+ Years of total experience & 5+ Years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Application.
  2. Should have completed at least 3 full life-cycle implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM especially on Core HR, Benefits Modules.
  3. Should have expertise in Integration methodologies and interfaces- HDL, Web services, PaaS Integrations, 3rd Party Integrations.
  4. Should have expertise on Fast Formulae, Personalization's, Auto-Completion rules, Data Extracts, BIP Reports, Dashboards, HDL, Redwood enablement.
  5. In-depth understanding of - History Data Conversion , History Data Loading/migration.
  6. In-depth understanding of Security process in Fusion Apps.
  7. Good Documentation skills – ASIS, Technical Specifications/Design, Test Scenarios, User Manuals, Training documents, SOP
  8. Should have experience in writing test cases/scripts/scenarios covering end to end business process.
  9. Coordinating User Acceptance Testing with clients
  10. Should be well versed with Cloud Implementations, upgrades and maintenance methodologies
  11. Experience on Coexistence scenario implementation - Fusion apps with another ERP applications such as Oracle eBiz is a bonus.
