Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of HCM Cloud Functional Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring Oracle HCM Cloud solutions to meet the business needs of our clients.

Your primary focus will be on designing and delivering complex enhancements, interfaces, and reports within the Oracle HCM Cloud platform. You will also be required to conduct requirement workshops and map business processes to Oracle HCM Cloud modules, as well as identify and document 'as-is' and 'to-be' processes.

In addition to your technical skills, you will have excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in small and large teams. You will also have a good understanding of the life cycle of Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver complex enhancements, interfaces, and reports within Oracle HCM Cloud
  • Conduct requirement workshops and map business processes to Oracle HCM Cloud modules
  • Identify and document 'as-is' and 'to-be' processes
  • Work effectively in small and large teams
