We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Cloud HCM specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the Oracle Cloud HCM product suite and human resource end-to-end business flows.

Key Responsibilities:\
  • \
  • Implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud HCM for various clients\
  • Developing and fine-tuning estimating models and methodologies\
  • Architecting Oracle Cloud HCM transformations\
  • Presenting solutions to clients and addressing any queries\
\

Requirements:\
  • \
  • 8-10 years of relevant experience with implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud HCM\
  • Expert understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM product suite and human resource end-to-end business flows\
  • Expert functional knowledge of multiple Oracle Cloud HCM modules (Global HR, Benefits, Absence, Compensation, Time & Labor, Talent Management, Recruiting, Learning or Payroll)\
  • Participated in at least 2 or more full lifecycle implementation projects as the owner Oracle Cloud HCM\
  • Able to develop and/or fine tune estimating models and methodologies\
  • Expert knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM business processes and usage in multiple industries\
  • Advanced understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP overall solution\
