Job Title:

Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant

About the Role:

The role of an Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant is to provide functional expertise in the production support and maintenance of Oracle Cloud HCM. This includes serving as a technical expert for supporting HR business processes and implementation support for Core HR, Recruitment, Talent Management, Compensation, Absence and OTL modules of Oracle Cloud HCM.

Responsibilities:

The responsibilities of this role include reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating current business systems and user needs to develop, enhance, implement, and maintain fully functional, integrated, and operational business systems within Oracle and related systems, following IT standards and IT Change control processes. Additionally, the role involves working with business, technical, and Oracle teams to manage patch cycles by assessing and mitigating the impact of upcoming patches and managing logging, working on SRs to resolution.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need a university degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or similar field, preferably. You should also have 1-3 years of work experience with implementation and/or support in any two of the following modules: Core HR, Recruitment, Talent Management, Compensation, Absence and OTL modules. Good business understanding of human resources and workforce management processes is required. A basic understanding of handling HDL, HSDL, HCM Extract, BIP, OTBI, and HCM data models and tables is required.

Nice to Have:

A strong problem-solving skillset and ability to think creatively are essential. Oracle certification(s) is a plus. Hands-on experience in configuring and maintaining Security, Approval Workflow Rules, HCM Experience Design Studio, and Page composer Personalization setups is a nice to have. Exposure to Visual Builder Studio is an added advantage.
