Oracle HCM Expert Wanted

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle HCM specialist with extensive experience in implementing and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud Suite applications.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of Oracle HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, and Benefits. They should be able to design, develop, and maintain reports using BI Publisher and OTBI, manage data migrations and HCM Extracts efficiently, and write and maintain Fast Formulas for Payroll, Absence, and Benefits.

They must collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure smooth implementation and ongoing support, troubleshoot system issues, and implement effective resolutions. Additionally, they should be able to support the integration of HCM with other enterprise systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Oracle HCM Cloud Suite
  • BI Reporting (BI Publisher)
  • OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence)
  • HCM Extracts
  • Fast Formulas
  • Data Migration tools and techniques
  • SQL & PL/SQL (preferred)
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong techno-functional understanding of Oracle HCM modules like Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, and Benefits.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
