We are looking for a skilled developer to join our team as a HCM Technical Specialist.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PeopleSoft HCM 9.2, including Human Resources, Benefits Administration, eBenefits, Payroll for North America, Time & Labor and custom-built modules.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform system analysis, including research of delivered functionality and existing customizations.
  • Identify the potential impact of a proposed application change to other modules within the application.
  • Design and build solutions to meet business requirements and deadlines.
  • Document and execute test cases to thoroughly test development work.
  • Analyze, design, code and implement changes to resolve break/fix production issues.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in PeopleSoft HCM development including: PeopleTools/Application Designer, PeopleCode, SQR, COBOL, Application Engine, SQL, DMS Scripts.
  • Experience using Oracle Database 19c or above.
  • Functional and Technical understanding of the PeopleSoft HCM product suite, including Human Resources, Benefits Administration, eBenefits, Payroll for North America and Time and Labor.
  • Hands-on experience with the full software development lifecycle.
  • Excellent problem solving and analysis skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Linux and the following PeopleSoft development tools: Integration Broker, Component Interface.
  • Experience in PeopleSoft production support.
  • Experience with HCM Tax Updates, PUM Image Updates, and PeopleTools Upgrades.
