Job Title: Technical HCM Lead

Description:

  • We are seeking an experienced Technical HCM Lead to oversee the management and implementation of our Human Capital Management (HCM) systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of Oracle HCM support analysts, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Oversee the timely resolution of Oracle HCM system incidents, cases, and requests.
  • Lead regular system maintenance activities to minimize disruptions to users.
  • Plan and implement system enhancements to improve functionality and efficiency.
  • Serve as the point of contact for Oracle and Boomi support, managing relationships and escalations.
  • Provide high-level support to end-users, including training and communication on system changes.
  • Ensure optimal operations of all applications.
  • Align HCM support strategies with business goals and objectives.
  • Make decisions guided by policies, procedures, and business plans.
  • Accountable for the performance and results of the offshore Technical HCM team.
  • Act as tier 2 support for Oracle Cloud and Boomi application issues.
  • Provide subject matter expertise related to application build and functionality.
  • Analyze business process strength, weakness, inefficiencies, and risks.
  • Design and develop HCM solutions based on business requirements.
  • Recommend and architect global data solutions.
  • Communicate standard processes and best practices to end-users.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments in Oracle HCM Cloud and related technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 4 years of Oracle HCM techno-functional experience required.
  • Bachelor's degree with at least 10 years of technology or industry experience.
  • 6+ years of Oracle HCM experience required.
  • 2+ years of experience managing an Oracle Support team.
  • Oracle Technical support experience.
  • Ability to manage direct and indirect resources.
  • Influence, lead teams, and drive change.
  • Experience with Oracle technologies like Approval Workflows, Page Composer, Sandbox, HCM Design Studio, Flexfields, Autocomplete rules, Fast Formulas, HDL, Quarterly updates, CWB patches, etc.
  • Strong technical skills in HCM System extracts, API Connectors, Reporting & Analytics, designing system solutions, and documentation standards.
  • Understanding of HCM Cloud modules necessary to accurately interpret requirements.
  • Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and their integration with HCM solutions.
  • Strong collaboration skills while working with SMEs, business users/stakeholders, and senior management.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Oracle Cloud HCM Certification.
  • Oracle HCM Cloud certification(s).
  • Experience with other technologies (e.g., Boomi) and systems.
  • Project management experience.
  • Demonstrated experience working in an Agile environment with understanding of test concepts, methodologies, and practices.
  • Knowledge of Oracle AI concepts.
