As a seasoned HCM Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption of Cloud HCM technologies. This is an exceptional chance to leverage your expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, BI/OTBI Reports, HCM Data Loaders, and HCM Spreadsheet Loader.

- We seek candidates with hands-on experience in working with Cloud HCM technologies, including Oracle Integration Cloud, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, BI/OTBI Reports, HCM Data Loaders, and HCM Spreadsheet Loader.
- Experience in working on onshore-offshore models is highly valued.
- Technical expertise in building reports and interfaces across modules – Global HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, and Talent Management – is essential.
- Excellent communication skills are crucial for independent work
- Assist in the identification, assessment, and resolution of complex technical issues/problems
- Cloud HCM certification is desirable.
