The Workday Digital team plays a pivotal role in driving transformative change and implementing comprehensive ERP solutions.

Our consultants work across various industries, tackling complex initiatives to help clients thrive.

Our focus is on helping medium-sized enterprises optimize their human capital management processes.

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Workday HCM Consultant to drive successful implementations using the Launch methodology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expertise in Workday HCM, including Core HCM, Compensation, and Advanced Compensation.
  • 5+ years of experience in Workday implementations with at least 3 end-to-end HCM deployments.
  • Strong data migration skills to ensure accuracy when transferring from legacy systems.
  • Hands-on experience in configuration, testing, and optimization of Workday solutions.
  • Ability to lead workshops and training for clients on Workday functionalities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Workday Core HCM Certification (Compensation & Advanced Compensation certifications are a plus).
  • Strong communication & collaboration skills, with experience managing multiple projects in fast-paced environments.
