We are currently seeking an experienced Workday HCM Professional with a strong background in implementing and supporting Workday HCM solutions to optimize our HR processes and ensure alignment with business needs.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5-12 years of experience in Workday HCM implementation and support, as well as a solid understanding of HR processes and best practices.

The selected professional will be responsible for implementing and configuring Workday HCM modules according to client requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, providing ongoing support and maintenance for Workday HCM systems, conducting user training and creating documentation for system processes, and assisting in data migration and integration with other systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implementation and Configuration: Implement and configure Workday HCM modules according to client requirements.
  • Business Analysis: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Workday HCM systems.
  • User Training: Conduct user training and create documentation for system processes.
  • Data Migration: Assist in data migration and integration with other systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience: At least 5-12 years of experience in Workday HCM implementation and support.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Workday HCM modules such as Core HCM, Talent Management, and Payroll, as well as experience with Workday reporting and data analysis tools.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
