We are seeking a Workday HCM consultant with expertise in absence and time tracking to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality advice and support across Workday HCM.

">Key Responsibilities
  • Configure Core HR, Absence, Compensation, and Organizations to meet business needs.
  • Diagnostics and resolution of issues raised by colleagues.
  • Maintenance of data including rescind, correct, and EIBs.
  • Guidance to analysts when troubleshooting complex issues.
  • Expertise on data standards/functionality/features/capabilities in Workday and technology trends.
Requirements
  • Four years' experience in Workday HCM including absence, time tracking, recruitment, and talent.
  • Able to identify opportunities to extend Workday usage to meet business requirements.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Takes ownership of queries and successfully resolves them.
  • Experience of using ServiceNow or similar service management software.
  • Effective team player with experience of working with others to achieve a common goal.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and confident communicator across all mediums.
