Workday HCM Specialist

Job Description:

As a Workday HCM specialist, you will collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide expert guidance on Workday HCM configurations. This involves leading the configuration of Workday HCM modules, including Core HCM, Compensation, and Advanced Compensation.

You will work closely with customers to ensure data accuracy and integrity during the transition from legacy systems to Workday. Additionally, you will develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and accuracy of Workday configurations.

Key responsibilities also include conducting workshops and training sessions to educate clients on Workday functionalities and best practices. Furthermore, you will provide ongoing support and optimization services post-implementation to ensure seamless integration of Workday solutions.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Substantial experience in delivering end-to-end HCM implementations, with a minimum of 3 successful projects.
  • At least 5 years of experience working with Workday workstreams.
  • Current active certification in Workday Core HCM and additional certifications in Compensation and Advanced Compensation are highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and adapt to new learning opportunities.
