Workday Expenses Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Expenses specialist to take on this challenging role. This individual will be responsible for configuring expense policies, troubleshooting issues, testing new features, and building reports within the Workday Expenses module.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in Workday Expenses and proficiency in the use of Workday HCM. They should have an excellent understanding of Workday Expense Configuration, Security Administration, Business Process Configuration, and EIB (Enterprise Integration Builder).

This role includes providing subject matter expertise on Workday best practices, collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand pain points and identify opportunities to improve processes, and leading Workday enabled finance Expenses workstreams to design, configure, test, and deploy leading practice-based business processes and solutions.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing Workday upgrades, implementing new and revised functionality, and optimizing business processes by enhancing workflows, automating manual tasks, and providing actionable insights through data reporting and analytics.
