We are seeking a skilled Workday HCM professional with 5-12 years of experience to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing and supporting Workday HCM solutions, ensuring that our HR processes are optimized and aligned with business needs.

CERTIFICATION IS MANDATORY

Responsibilities

- Implement and configure Workday HCM modules according to client requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Workday HCM systems.
- Conduct user training and create documentation for system processes.
- Assist in data migration and integration with other systems.

Skills and Qualifications

- 5-12 years of experience in Workday HCM implementation and support.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
- Proficiency in Workday HCM modules such as Core HCM, Talent Management, and Payroll.
- Experience with Workday reporting and data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
