About the Team
About the Role
Our Instructors are outstanding ambassadors of Workday and exceed at bridging the learning gap for users. They are specialists at adopting innovation and mastering technology. Workday Instructors are passionate about helping students and representing our products, team and organisation.
Travel: Travel up to 25%
As a HCM Trainer, you will:
Flex: Remain on top of Workday products as they evolve and improve. Bend and adapt to meet the needs of the business. Thrive in a fast-paced environment with a high rate of change
Communicate: Convey sophisticated topics in a cadence and manner that helps everyone understand

Untangle: Exercise outstanding problem-solving skills whether working through difficult challenges or improving existing processes - both in the classroom and within our organisation
Collaborate: Partner with stakeholders from Content, Operations, Delivery and teams outside of Workday Education to build an excellent student experience
Multitask: Master changing class environments using a variety of instructing tools and technologies to assure the students the best experience possible. Anticipate what is coming and plan with future students in mind
About You
Basic Qualifications- 3+ years experience in full scale ERP deployments or Training Other Qualifications- Previous functional consulting experience with a consulting/software company- Workday HCM, Financials, or other demonstrated ability preferred.- You possess significant business knowledge in operational areas within a HCM department- You have previous functional consulting experience with a consulting/software company- Adaptive Planning, or other Planning & Analysis experience desired- Fluency in English is crucial.
Collaboration: You are a people person having excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, including a consistent record of developing and delivering engaging, outcome-based presentations to diverse internal and external audiences.
Up-skilling others: You have demonstrable experience in facilitating training and owning course content is preferred. You master the simultaneous use of multiple classroom technologies while delivering training, including electronic training material, remote conferencing tools, interactive display screens, and audio/visual equipment
Learning Agility: Training in a full scale ERP system is preferred. You have a confirmed ability to proactively and quickly grasp, distil and synthesise concepts and details from diverse sources.
Problem solving: You feel confident with identifying trends, developing strategies and implementing high-impact solutions.
Results Driven: You have a proven track record to lead and contribute consistently and positively in a high-paced, constantly evolving and sometimes unexpected work environment, prioritising accordingly and advancing appropriately.
