Sales Enablement Coach

Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) is a revolutionary service offering that empowers merchants to send their inventory directly to Amazon's secure facilities. Once stored, items can be listed for sale on Amazon or other channels like the merchant's website or third-party shopping platforms. When orders are received, Amazon takes care of picking, packing, and shipping products directly to customers, providing end-to-end fulfillment and customer service expertise.
We are seeking an experienced Sales Enablement Coach to join our FBA Support Operations team in India. In this role, you will develop effective coaching strategies to positively influence seller behavior and reduce defects in our supply chain. Collaborating closely with the FBA Operations & Supply Chain team in Luxembourg, you will help drive various programs aimed at enhancing the overall experience of FBA sellers.
To support the FBA initiative, which benefits both merchants and customers, the ideal candidate will ensure merchant compliance through case creation, coaching, associate supervision, SOP maintenance, and collaboration with business stakeholders. Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting trainings and providing mentoring and ad-hoc support to investigations specialists
- Maintaining SOP excellence
- Handling escalations and special cases for Seller Coaching
- Performing SIM quantity and health checks
- Conducting deep dives into complex changes to facilitate process improvements and updates on Help pages and Workflows
- Supporting investigation specialist development, reporting performance, and gaps to Team Managers
- Acting as Team Lead backup to report performance on programs to PMs in WBR/MBR
- Collaborating with Product/Program Management teams to drive seller adoption via coaching programs and tracking seller adoption on a weekly basis to derive actionable insights from data
- Communicating with stakeholders at multiple levels and enabling business, product, engineering, and data analytics teams to define and deliver solutions
As a Sales Enablement Coach, you will play a crucial role in driving operational excellence and improving the overall quality of decision-making and services provided by Amazon.
