We are seeking an experienced Sales Operations Strategist to join our team at Cloud4C Services. As a key member of our sales operations function, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and operational excellence.

About the Role

This is a senior-level position that requires a strong background in sales operations, revenue operations, or sales strategy. You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets. This includes analyzing sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

As a hands-on leader, you will enable Sales Leadership to make data-driven decisions by developing and maintaining sales reports and dashboards to monitor sales performance and productivity. You will also collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure effective sales operations.

The ideal candidate will have 10-12 years of experience in sales operations/revenue operations/sales strategy, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and operational excellence. You will be a strong coach and mentor, with substantial experience working with high-performing sales leaders and teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets
  • Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Enable Sales Leadership to make data-driven decisions
  • Develop and maintain sales reports and dashboards to monitor sales performance and productivity
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective sales operations
Requirements
  • 10-12 years of experience in sales operations/revenue operations/sales strategy
  • Strong background in data visualization tools, especially Excel & Power BI
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Good analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to build good relationships at all levels of an organization
What We Offer

Our estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on location and experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
