Enterprise Business Development Leader

PASSIONMOJO PVT. LTD. is a dynamic organization seeking a seasoned Enterprise Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the market.
Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering sales revenue numbers, owning business relationships with large corporate enterprises, and driving growth through strategic planning and execution.
Responsibilities:
- Owning sales revenue numbers and driving business growth through strategic planning and execution
- Taking ownership of and driving business relationships with large/Medium corporate enterprises from generating Sales Lead Leading Client thru Sales Cycle Negotiating & Closing cases
- Directly interacting and maintaining sustainable relationships with customer key decision-makers (levels: CEO/CMO/CTO)
- Working extensively in solution selling
- Developing strategies and business plans for meeting growth and revenue milestones
- Qualifying opportunities and building business pipeline
- Understanding customer problems and working with technical team to build solutions
- Developing and executing strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
- Enabling success through relationship management cross-functional planning and analytical insights and support
- Supporting the development and execution of customer strategy
- Supporting account business targets and being responsible for achieving the same
- Supporting the development of a strategic partnership/alliance partner to drive mutually beneficial revenue opportunities
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 6-8 years&rsquo experience of services selling like Solution Selling Gift Cards Platforms Loyalty Programs or Software services IT Solutions/ Software (SaaS)
- A track record of meeting target numbers from year-on-year
- Significant experience with face-to-face presentations to executive level decision makers
- Consistent success in maintaining and building client relationships within an enterprise account base
- Experience creating and developing long-term client relationships
- Evidence of high performance entrepreneurial spirit and team player
- Graduate MBA in Sales/ Marketing will be an advantage
- Excellent communication in English and local language
- Ability to work as an Individual Contributor and travel across required region
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
