Enterprise Product Manager for Digital Adoption Platforms

At Whatfix, we are on a mission to revolutionize the way enterprises adopt digital products. We are looking for a talented Senior Product Manager to lead our efforts in building innovative solutions that drive user adoption and reduce support/training efforts.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, with experience in leading cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products. You will be responsible for defining the product strategy, working closely with our engineering and go-to-market teams to translate this into actionable requirements, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products to market.
You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and pain points, and use this information to inform your product decisions. Your ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, from CXO's to end-users, is crucial to success in this role.
In addition to your technical skills and experience, you will bring a passion for innovation, a customer-centric approach, and a willingness to take calculated risks to drive growth and expansion.
What You'll Get to Do- Define product strategy and plans through deep market research and customer interviews.
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, breaking down complex problems into manageable iterations.
- Stack rank stories based on customer value, applicability to the broader target market, and development resource utilization.
- Build consensus across stakeholders by clearly articulating product decisions and choices.
- Drive product launches, including working with PR teams, R&D, design, sales, and marketing.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 3-5 years of experience as a product manager in the B2B/enterprise market, with ownership from concept to launch.
- Experience addressing concerns around product adoption, particularly in areas such as onboarding, first-time use, and ongoing discovery and learning.
- Comfortable conducting customer interviews remotely and in person, with empathy for customer processes and pain points.
- Proven experience taking decisions based on validated learning, combining qualitative and quantitative data analysis.
- Experience driving solutions by working with design, developers, QA, and other internal and external stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of lean methodology, agile, and iterative development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including best-in-class medical insurance, education sponsorship, free lunch and dinner buffet, and flexible work location options.
