About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Renewable Energy Business Growth Manager to drive commercial and industrial growth through innovative solutions.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing business opportunities with commercial and industrial customers, ensuring revenue growth and long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Business Development:
    • Identify potential commercial and industrial customers for renewable energy solutions (solar/wind/hybrid).
    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business targets.
    • Build a strong pipeline of potential customers and drive deal closures.
    • Prepare and present competitive business proposals.
  • Client Engagement and Relationship Management:
    • Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers in target companies.
    • Conduct market research to understand client energy needs and align solutions accordingly.
    • Negotiate and finalize agreements with customers.
  • Market Analysis and Regulatory Compliance:
    • Stay updated on market trends, industry policies, and regulatory frameworks affecting commercial and industrial renewable energy.
    • Engage with government bodies and regulatory authorities for approvals and compliance.
  • Collaboration and Coordination:
    • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
    • Coordinate with partners for project feasibility and execution.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10-12 years of experience in business development/sales in the renewable energy sector.
  • Strong understanding of power models, open access policies, and agreement structures.
  • Proven track record of closing deals and meeting revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
