About the Role

Xebia Academy is seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our efforts in partnering with prestigious universities and higher education institutions across India and internationally.

This role requires a deep understanding of the EdTech sector, online learning platforms, and job-oriented technology courses offered in India.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Building and maintaining relationships with university administrators, faculty, and other key stakeholders.
  2. Developing and executing sales strategies to acquire new university partners and drive revenue growth.
  3. Coordinating with the product and university relations team to launch emerging technology courses on university campuses.
  4. Managing the pipeline for acquiring new university partners and courses, while driving sales and revenue growth.
  5. Collaborating with the marketing and program management team to strategize and execute marketing campaigns for various courses offered in partnership with universities.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the EdTech sector, excellent marketing and relationship management skills, and a proven track record of driving sales and revenue growth in higher education.

Key skills required include:

  1. Strong understanding of EdTech, online learning, and job-oriented technology courses offered in India.
  2. Minimum 8-10 years of experience in higher education, with hands-on experience in curriculum development, credit transfers, and disciplines.
  3. Excellent marketing, channel, relationship, and communication management skills.
  4. Entrepreneurial mindset and self-motivation, with a clear vision to lead and contribute to organizational growth.
  5. Results-driven, with the ability to work with senior university administrators and faculty.
  6. Excellent team player and relationship builder, with strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
