The Opportunity


We are looking for a talented and experienced Sales Development Professional to join our growing Overseas Team and drive our company forward. The ideal candidate will be well-connected, organized, and have a proven track record of success in sales.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Represent the ApplyBoard brand to promote our financial services to Recruitment Partners.
  • Grow GIC and Loans Sales from mapped RPs and provide exceptional support.
  • Maintain high conversion rates.
  • Proactively engage in agent outreach through cold calling, telephonic conversations, or virtual meetings.
  • Regularly report on assigned targets.
  • Train and guide agents to improve the quality and volume of financial services applicants.
  • Collaborate with the team leader for successful closures.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English with exceptional communication verbal and written skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of sales experience.
  • Autonomous self-starter with the ability to work independently within a team-based environment.
  • Aptitude for prioritizing tasks with attention to detail to ensure information accuracy.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills under ambiguous circumstances.
  • Experience working with educational consultants, the Financial Sector, and/or postsecondary institutions; considered a bonus.
  • Ability to work in a flexible, fast-paced environment to meet multiple deadlines and adapt to new policies and procedures.
  • Experience working with a CRM; considered an asset.
