The Opportunity

Snaphunt is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team in Noida. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities in the real estate market, specifically focusing on under construction, ready to move, and secondary properties.

The Role

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, developers, and other stakeholders in the industry.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on current trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process, from initial contact to closing.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and other necessary documentation.
  • Coordinate property viewings and assist clients in property selection.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements to ensure favorable outcomes for both the company and clients.
  • Attend networking events, trade shows, and other industry-related gatherings to promote company services and expand professional network.
  • Keep accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.

The Ideal Candidate

  • You have at least 1 year experience within a Telesales role, ideally within the Real Estate industry.
  • You are a strong networker & relationship builder
  • You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
  • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
