Job Title: Commercial Account Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Commercial Account Manager to join our team at MAV AeroSafety Consultancy LLP. As a Commercial Account Manager, you will be responsible for creating and closing new business opportunities, utilizing a consultative approach to selling to identify and qualify leads. This will result in sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed sales targets by successfully creating business from new and existing customer accounts.
  • Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives to build strong relationships and establish long-term customer loyalty.
  • Work closely with our team to develop and implement sales strategies that drive business growth and revenue.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of quota-carrying sales experience with a proven track record of over-achieving sales targets.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and a strong understanding of sales analytics.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and negotiate with senior-level executives.
  • A strong work ethic and a passion for sales and business development.
