Job Title: Client Servicing Director
Role Overview:We are seeking an experienced professional to lead client relationships and execution across creative projects. This role demands a strong communicator with advertising experience, an eye for detail, and the ability to align strategic brand objectives with compelling work.
Key Responsibilities:- Work closely with client teams to understand their business strategies and marketing goals.
- Act as a bridge between the client and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and on-time execution.
- Assist in developing brand strategy, digital marketing plans, and execution timelines.
- Translate client briefs into actionable work plans.
- Collaborate with the content and creative teams to deliver engaging content and campaign creatives.
- Oversee the end-to-end development process from research to final rollout.
- Review and edit content to ensure alignment with brand tone and objectives.
- Present creative concepts to clients, capture feedback, and ensure timely iterations.
- Identify and pitch to new potential clients, contributing to business expansion.
- 8–12 years of experience in client servicing/account management in an advertising agency.
- Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and client relationships simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing workflows.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing creative/content workflows.
- Familiarity with the regional market is a plus.
- Ability to lead client discussions with confidence and strategic insight.
