- Able to cover several projects simultaneously with flexibility and willingness to move between projects on short notice.
- Review assigned product documentation for continuous improvement.
- Provide technical and peer reviews of documentation for others on the team.
- IDentify gaps in existing content and propose remediation plans.
- Stay current on industry trends related to product documentation and propose adjustments to current content to align to trends observed.
- Communicate effectively with globally distributed employees.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards, including templates, style guides, and processes.
- Promote client satisfaction through product and service offering education, and execute all accompanying statements of work, order forms, and demonstrations as needed.
- Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Technical Writer.
- Familiarity with XML, HTML, CSS, XML authoring tools.
- Agile and Scrum methodologies, with hands-on experience in Sprint planning and Scrum.
- Roadmap documentation planning.
- Nice to Haves:
- Strong knowledge of ATS Onboarding solutions and the HR/recruitment industry is highly desirable.
- Good to have knowledge about CRM tool documentation.
