System Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to provide comprehensive support for our treasury management systems.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with system administration, troubleshooting, and technical analysis.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide end-to-end support for treasury management systems
  • Maintain data integrity within the system environment
  • Troubleshoot, fix, and author complex workflows in the system, including reports and action-based triggers
  • Identify and resolve interface issues with external systems and data feeds
  • Configure, troubleshoot, and fix data integration functionality
  • Support core business processes including financial reporting, forecasting, and cash management
  • Learn internal systems to provide comprehensive end-to-end support to users
  • Receive, analyze, and prioritize related support tickets
  • Provide timely solutions to users
  • Document resolution steps and knowledge base articles
  • Support system upgrades and patches
  • Monitor system performance and recommend improvements
Technical Requirements:
  • Apply strong database expertise to maintain system performance
  • Author and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and reporting
  • Apply working knowledge of the system data model to troubleshoot complex issues
  • Work with data integration technologies for data synchronization
  • Support integration points between systems and external modules
  • Utilize ticketing system to manage and track support requests
Governance & Compliance:
  • Maintain SOPs, process documentation, and impact assessments for system updates
  • Assess readiness for system updates including regression testing to ensure business continuity
  • Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and internal control adherence
  • Participate in change management processes to minimize operational disruptions
