Job Title: Senior Process Analyst

The Financial Systems Testing Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of divisional financial systems. This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with internal and external development teams.

  • Responsibilities:
    • Test and validate financial data from branch agency management systems for accuracy and completeness.
    • Perform regular system upgrades and maintenance to ensure optimal performance.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to test and implement new functionality.
    • Develop and deliver training programs for finance and accounting users on new system features and reports.
    • Ensure the integrity and security of all electronic files related to accounting operations.
    • Support the Financial Systems Manager in implementing projects and audits as assigned.
