Inside Sales Specialist - SAAS (Applicant Tracking System)

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies for selling SAAS-based solutions in the US market.
- Identify new business opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, and email campaigns.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations with potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and support.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and performance KPIs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in inside sales with a focus on SAAS products.
- Strong understanding of SAAS sales processes and the ability to manage the full sales cycle independently.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a focus on results.
