Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving strategic people initiatives and partnering with key stakeholders to support high-performance culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Partner with leadership teams to drive employee engagement, retention, and performance.
  • Manage complex employee relations and resolve issues through objective investigations and sound judgment.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) role.
  • MBA from a premium Institute is preferred.
  • Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical thinker with a bias for execution.
  • Passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing others.
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
