Strategic Human Resources Leader

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, located in Malkapur (Near Jalgaon/Akola). The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.

Key responsibilities include:
