Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources leader to oversee the recruitment process and drive our employer brand strategy.

This senior HR position will involve designing company policies, setting objectives for the HR team, and tracking progress.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a similar role and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Management: Oversee the recruitment process, design talent acquisition strategies, and implement innovative recruitment techniques to attract top talent.
  • Performance Management: Incorporate performance management systems to drive employee growth, define KPIs for performance review and appraisals, and monitor HR metrics.
  • Policy Development: Design and implement company policies that promote a healthy work environment, foster employee engagement, and support business objectives.
  • Leadership: Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with overall business goals, lead change initiatives related to culture, performance, recognition, and policies.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Proven 4+ years of work experience as a HR Manager or similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software (including payroll systems, PMS and ATS).
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Leadership skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth work environment.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach to daily tasks and responsibilities.
  • Minimum of a Master's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Personnel Management.
