Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Freight Forwarding Manager to lead our country operations, driving business growth and profitability.

Main Duties:

  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
  • Lead the sales team to grow the customer base and market share
  • Foster strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners
  • Oversee business development activities, including innovating new freight forwarding products and services

Requirements:

  • 10+ years' experience in freight forwarding & supply chain at management level
  • Entrepreneurship mindset and ability to establish and grow a business
  • Extensive knowledge of the global freight forwarding/logistics industry
  • Proven success in working in a global, high-paced environment

Estimated Salary: $180,000 - $250,000 per year
