Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Luxury Hotel Housekeeping Manager to oversee the operational requirements of our Housekeeping Departments. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to work in a fast-paced environment and lead a team to achieve exceptional standards.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures for all areas of responsibility, ensuring they are periodically updated.
  • Ensure that all auditing and reporting standards are conveyed to staff and adhered to.
  • Manage housekeeping services to provide residents with an impeccable product and ensure services are offered in a timely manner.
  • Conduct quality control inspections of all areas under responsibility and share results with the team and superiors.
  • Collaborate with the Chief Engineer to maintain hotel areas to the highest standards and assist in scheduling periodic property maintenance followed by spring-cleaning.
  • Organize monthly Staff Meetings and daily briefings with Operational Managers.
  • Oversee the operations of Laundry and Linen, Flower and Decoration, and Butler Service.
  • Perform related duties and special projects assigned, including Duty Management.
  • Maintain all FFE & OS&E Supplies.
  • Be in charge of the Housekeeping department.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years in a leadership position in a similar industry.
  • Experience of a luxury hotel operation.
  • Minimum bachelor's degree.
Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development within a leading hospitality company.
