Senior Ecommerce Sales Manager
About the Role:
Sickle Innovations Private Limited is looking for a skilled Senior Ecommerce Sales Manager to join our team. As an Ecommerce Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our online sales channels. This includes overseeing the performance of our ecommerce platforms, optimizing product listings, implementing marketing strategies, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow our ecommerce accounts, including platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, etc.
- Optimize product listings to improve visibility and conversion rates
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive online sales
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of ecommerce initiatives
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in ecommerce
- Identify and recommend new opportunities for business growth
- Manage customer inquiries, feedback, and reviews on ecommerce platforms
- Work closely with logistics and fulfillment teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in ecommerce account management
- Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms and online sales strategies
- Proven track record in driving online sales growth
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and negotiation abilities
